Absolutely loved everything about this game! It's challenging, but not in an impossible way, and the animations are really good too! (I just wish each monster had more than one animation)

Still, it's a REALLY great idea and concept. I wish you the best of luck with this project! Had a lot of fun playing it :)

BTW, what the point of percentages? Like, I've never got 100%, besides I've finished with all creatures

Hmm... That's not great. It should go from 0 to 100% as you complete the creature. Perhaps my math is simply off... :P

In a new update (0.4.22) encountered a problem with a visibility of a victory scene. Made it all way through to a tentcale creature victory but after text there was only a black screen (in previous versions everything was ok)

I wonder if in the near future that their will be either a guide for the required chemicals to add, or cheats

I played the game for a while. I wish there was an "easy mode" where the paths are pre-determined rather than playing random. I have ungodly poor luck with dam near everything and this game isnt an exception.  

Dang, sorry to hear that. It's not impossible we would implement some difficulty adjustments (or anti curse crusifix) in a future patch :)

My memory is not the best and every day I need to check again which mutation I wanted to gain. A little annoying.. ^^' Something like right-click to mark mutations which I plan to gain would be really helpful. Maybe you can add something like this? ^^'

This game rules. The puzzle elements took me a while to figure out, but once I did I was hooked! Very cute game with solid mechanics!

I dont understand the vitality one isnt it mean get pure biomass and one that not carbon? Like full red and 1 orange isnt that right? Can someone help?

In game it says that this is version 0.3. Are there plans to do 1.0v with, idk, more monsters and maybe galery mode for already cleared endings?

Also the game is cool and it quite intuitive and not very hard, so I can't really understand some comments down bellow about rng and difficulties

Thank you for the kind words, and yes, we are doodling on future updates. And for difficulty, it hits some more than others, and we are trying to make the RNG less chaotic, just takes some time and testing.

Game starts on other screen and does not have an option to change it.

Hey bud, sorry to hear you are having trouble. Have you tried going into game settings, turning off fullscreen, then dragging the game over onto the screen you wish to play on and then resuming fullscreen?
If that doesn't work, try ctrl+enter to toggle fullscreen on/off.

What settings?

In the main menu? I do realize that settings should also be accessible from the ingame pause menu, and I'm implementing that today.

missed the deadline by one SINGLE cube of a chemical, its pretty fun but i wish this game that requires you to plan things out didnt use rng as a mechanic. 

I guess I should at least try and tone down the RNG a bit in a post-jam update, or at least put in some safeguards against the worst of the worst. ^^ 

can someone give me a simple rundown on how to evolve our creatures? I didn't really understand the tutorial on how to do so XP

this game really gets you thinking, and I love it. Animations are amazing and the actual gameplay is pretty interesting. I wish there was more to this game, rather than just building a creature for pleasure, but I really enjoyed it

Absolutely, it's on the backlog of things we wanted to make, but since it's a game jam, we simply ran out of time.

Might do a post-jam update once the code freeze is over, if there's interest in it ^^

Not the same way. Rating it for the jam is for jam ranking. It's the button to rate the game itself that I'm not seeing. I'll show an example of it on another game.

We have rating enabled, i think it's just because the game jam is running, but not sure :P Its not something we have toggled off intentionally.

How to play on mobile?

The browser version loads correctly, I can move around, but I cannot interact with any of the devices.

Hi Fenex, it's tap to move and then two finger tap to interact with objects. Not an ideal setup, but mobile/tablet support was really a bit of crammed in during last hours of the jam xD
