Should run on a device connected to the transmitter.

When the PUSH server sends this device a signal, this device will start downloading and playing the target file.

There can be infinite clients running this, but realistically there should only be one.

This is only a RECEIVER meaning this app can not SEND any signals, it can only play what is being commanded by the PUSH server.

Only the CONSOLE can control what the PUSH server sends out.
